We’re nestled in the heart of Weaver Lake Office Park, just off Weaver Lake Road. Whether you’re coming in from the North, East, South or West, you’ll find us easily accessible via the major Twin Cities thoroughfares below.

From the North

1. Merge onto MN-610 W toward Maple Grove.
2. Take exit 28 for Maple Grove Parkway.
3. Turn left onto Maple Grove Parkway and follow for 0.5 mi.
4. Turn right onto Weaver Lake Rd and continue 0.6 mi.
5. Turn left onto 89th Ave N.
6. The entrance to Weaver Lake Office Park is immediately on your right; our suite is just inside the lobby.

From the East

1. Follow I-94 W toward Minneapolis and merge onto MN-610 W.
2. Take exit 28 for Maple Grove Parkway.
3. Turn right onto Maple Grove Parkway and drive 0.5 mi.
4. Turn left onto Weaver Lake Rd and go 0.6 mi.
5. Turn right onto 89th Ave N.
6. You’ll see Weaver Lake Office Park on your left—parking is up front.

From the South

1. From downtown Minneapolis, take MN-100 N to merge onto MN-610 W.
2. Proceed on MN-610 W to exit 28 for Maple Grove Parkway.
3. Turn left onto Maple Grove Parkway; drive 0.5 mi.
4. Turn right onto Weaver Lake Rd and travel 0.6 mi.
5. Turn left onto 89th Ave N.
6. Find Weaver Lake Office Park on your left—our office is Suite 2.

From the West

1. Take US-169 N toward Maple Grove; exit onto County Road 30 (Broadway Ave).
2. Continue east on County Road 30 for 2 mi, then turn left onto Weaver Lake Rd.
3. Drive 0.4 mi and turn right onto 89th Ave N.
4. Weaver Lake Office Park will be on your right—Suite 2 is down the hall.

Parking & Entry:
Free visitor parking is available directly in front of the building. Enter through the main lobby, and you’ll find the Dagaz Therapy reception area straight ahead. If you have any trouble finding us, please call (763) 200-1071 and we’ll guide you in. We look forward to seeing you!
